What CovWell is

CovWell is a coverage-screening tool. It helps you describe your business, surfaces general information about coverage topics worth reviewing, and connects you with a licensed insurance producer. CovWell is not itself an insurance company or a substitute for one.

General information, not advice

The CovWell assistant and any screening output provide general information only — not insurance, legal, or tax advice. Coverage is determined solely by your policy’s terms and the issuing carrier. Nothing on this site is a quote, a binder, a guarantee of coverage, or a guarantee of price. A licensed producer reviews any recommendation before it is acted on.

No policy is created here

Submitting information or using the assistant does not bind, change, renew, or cancel any insurance coverage. Coverage exists only when issued by a carrier and confirmed in writing by the carrier or a licensed producer.

AI assistance

Parts of this site use an automated AI assistant, and it is disclosed as AI wherever it appears. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied on as advice; always confirm details with a licensed advisor. Do not send health, medical, or benefits documents through the site — those are handled only by licensed staff. Our Privacy & AI Data Practices page explains exactly how AI processing works.

Eligibility and acceptable use

The service is intended for California residents and businesses seeking information about insurance. Use it only for lawful purposes, provide accurate information, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, scrape at scale, or misuse the service or its AI assistant. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service and its users.

Communications

If you give us your email or phone number, you are asking the licensed brokers at Bollinsure to follow up on your screening request. We do not enroll you in newsletters or share your contact details for others’ marketing. You can opt out of follow-up at any time by replying, emailing reviews@bollinsure.com, or calling 562-COVWELL.

Licensing

Insurance services are offered through Bollinsure Insurance Services (WJB Services Inc.), CA DOI Lic. #0D94699. Licensed producers: Aaron Bollinger (#4345268), Brian Bollinger (#6013787). Carrier names on this site identify markets the agency is appointed with and do not imply endorsement; availability is subject to underwriting.

Intellectual property

The CovWell name, logo, site design, and content belong to WJB Services Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from the site or its output beyond your own use in evaluating insurance.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CovWell and Bollinsure (WJB Services Inc.), and their owners and employees, are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits duties owed to insurance clients under California law once a producer–client relationship exists, and nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County or Ventura County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
